Tickets & Entry
Tickets, dates & arrival
Do I choose a specific night when I buy tickets?
Yes. Choose an operating date during PanoTIX checkout. Your ticket is for that selected date. There is no timed-entry window within the operating night.
What are the 2026 ticket prices?
General Admission is $10. Children age 2 and under are free. The Family 4-Pack is $32 and all four admissions are used together. Groups of 20 or more are $7.50 per person.
Is caregiver admission available?
Yes. One caregiver may be admitted at no charge when accompanying a guest who needs support.
How late can I arrive?
Last admission is 45 minutes before closing. Sunday through Thursday hours are 5:30-9:30 PM; Friday and Saturday hours are 5:30-10:00 PM.

Is parking free?
Yes. Parking is free for Mountain Glow guests. Follow event parking signs and check the website for current traffic or parking updates before you travel.
Is there a timed arrival window?
No. Your ticket is tied to your selected operating date, but there is no timed-entry window. Arrive any time during that night before the published last-admission time.
Accessibility & Family
Planning for your group
Is Mountain Glow accessible?
Accessible parking and an accessible guest route are part of the event plan. Specific ADA parking and arrival guidance will be posted before opening.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes. Strollers are allowed.
Are service animals allowed?
Yes. Trained service animals are welcome consistent with the ADA. Service-animal certification is not required.
Are family wagons allowed?
Family wagons are expected to be allowed. If route or safety conditions require a restriction, updated guidance will be posted here before opening.
Food, Pets & Guest Comfort
What you can bring
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with exceptions for sealed water, infant needs, and medical or special dietary needs.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed on regular operating nights. The designated Pet Night is the exception. Trained service animals remain welcome.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the event grounds.
Safety & Weather

What items are prohibited?
Firearms, knives, and other items that present a safety risk are not permitted. Additional venue or security restrictions may be posted before opening, so check this page again before your visit.
Does Mountain Glow operate in winter weather?
Mountain Glow is expected to operate in normal winter cold and light precipitation. Unsafe conditions may cause a delay or closure. Check the current site status before traveling.
Where will delays, closures, or urgent updates be posted?
Current operating status and urgent guest updates will be posted on MountainGlowWV.com, including the Tonight at Mountain Glow status area.
What if I need help during the event?
Follow staff directions and contact the nearest Mountain Glow team member or Guest Services if you need assistance, become separated from a child, or have an emergency concern.
